are you planning on spraying with fungicides every two weeks during the growing season? If you are, there are many that would fit your criteria.

If you are not planning on having a spraying routine I can suggest a few. You may still have to prune them to keep them at the hight you prefer since many roses like to grow taller in our warm southern climate. Even the drift roses will get to 3 feet here.

I am not sure how soft a pink you are looking for.

@Liz Bell I have one Beverly in a pot and just love her! I hope she does well for you. Other roses I would add to your list are Sweet Drift and Caldwell Pink. If not for this year, maybe to try some other time.
