I don't know anything about either of these floors. Two years ago, we spent well over a year shopping for LVP or laminate flooring. Can't imagine what the prices are now!

Probably went to more than 2 dozen retailers, not counting the big box stores.

Ours is the Asheville Extreme, and IIRC, the specs are 8 mm thick, 30 mil wear layer, and a 5G locking system. Not one retailer had the 5G lock, and it is significantly better for install & the overall lasting wear quality. Beware - like anything, installation is key!

PROS: Better specs, free samples, no tax outside of TN, shipped free to your door.

CONS: Samples are small, and their website pics could be better. (Ours is SO much better than the online pictures!!)

We did order a full box of our 1st choice, but then did NOT like it!

My favorite floor for color was the Karndean Rustic Maple, but it was 2X the price for (IMO) less quality.
