Lighting question… So confused

Hello all I am considering the lights in image two of my post, above my dining table, living room coffee table and over the bar. Layout of the space is in image one.

The TV room will have its own ambient lighting and a standing lamp behind the wedge of the L-shaped sofa.

My friend made a point, since all three areas, living, dining and bar, are all within one room, the lights may be much, not in terms of brightness but too much of the same thing dripping from the ceiling.

I do need bright lights though since we entertain a lot. And one of the areas, can I substitute the lights 3 & 4 to match the lights in 1 & 2? What do you all think any ideas or other options to match one and two? Thank you so much.

WAY too much, none of these are even bright lights, they are all "pretty" lights If you made them bright everyone would be having white spots in their eyes from the light bulbs.

1. where are your recessed lights

2. where are the rest of your table floor lamps

3. did you put in any floor out lets? or is this just design to pre existing floor plan?

Pick your favorite of this series 1. over the dining table and 3 single lights over the bar area.

I agree that the multi-teardrops would be too much if used in all the spaces.

How high are your ceilings?

When you say "over the bar," are you talking about the table/island with seating on the right? It's not clear from the image that it is bar height; it just looks like a 2nd dining table from where I'm sitting so I'd appreciate clarification.
