I'm no palm expert, but I'll take a stab at this. Bismarckia nobilis, Filicium decipiens, and Phoenix dactylifera, or a similar Phoenix species??? The non palm tree is too far to see the leaves well.

Can you get a closer picture of the second tree? We need to see the leaves, including scale. They seem reminiscent of Breadfruit but look too small.

Yes, on the Bismarck Palm and I also think the non-palm tree has a good chance of being Filicium decipiens or Japanese Fern Tree in which case the leaves will be pinnately compound with a fern like look to them.
