The deck is old, need to put in a spa, maybe a spa shelf, change the pool house/pergola, and somehow connect it to the tennis court. Been through about 10 layouts none look right.....here is what I'm working with.....

Not sure if there is "too much deck" but everything sits on a major slope so it's hard not to have a deck.

Parameters are: has to be a fence around the pool for kids, can't build anymore on the left-hand side
