What white paint to choose?!

The ultimate dilemma - how to choose the right white?!
We are going to repaint walls + ceiling across the entire house. Samples and photos are taken in our main kitchen/ living space at different times throughout the day. Windows in this room are north facing.
We are not planning to repaint the trim at this point.
We’ve narrowed it down (I think!) to a few SW whites -
1 - Cotton
2 - White Snow
3 - Snowbound
Looking for suggestions, recommendations, pitfalls to avoid, etc.
