We went out of town and didn’t realize our three-year-old had turned the hot tap in the shower on just slightly. When we got home three days later it was running and the bathroom had the most awful smell. There was no flooding, but the floors were wet due to all of the condensation. After a day I called in a restoration company who said there was no moisture in the walls but they left a dehumidifier and dryer at my request. Then came back with an air scrubber. All throughout a two week period. Nothing has helped. There is no moisture in the walls, the floors, under the house, or from the attic. Where could they smell possibly be coming from? Our house was built in 1957
