Who Makes Ratchet Shears for Arborists That Cut Tree Limbs?

I own a pair of ratchet shears, which I love:

These gradually apply pressure to very thick limbs of shrubs, and that allows you to cut through much more difficult material than normal shears could ever handle. With the ratchet shears, thick limbs become almost effortless.

Does anyone make a giant ratchet shear that lives on the end of a telescoping pole and could be used to cut away at four-inch-wide tree limbs up in the canopy of a large tree?
