Induction range (36") - Bertazzoni, Aga or Fisher Paykel?

I'm remodeling. Choose not to go as high end as Wolf, etc. I've been going nuts trying to decide between dual fan, larger oven and no drawer. Many now sit on legs and with space underneath. I have concern about keeping that space clean. We also live in the country and mice are a reality, so does that become an attraction for them as well? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

where is the actual service fo rthese machines come from? Local i hope. Not juts selling them - actually servicing them

We have the F & P 36” in white. Lovely and works really well. I went with that over others because my local appliance store can service it. I’ve had them out once already and it was easy and free.

I looked at them all in person and it wasn’t an easy decision. I liked the AGA but my pans didn’t fit and I thought that may be a problem. I decided against Wolf due to the cost. Bertazonni - I had no access to service in my rural area.

Regarding mice - I thought about that as well. Prior to our recent remodel that was an issue and we have now done a LOT to exclude them. The legs don’t make a range more appealing to mice though, it might make it easier for you to slide a trap underneath.

The F&P oven size worries me. Glad to know you've enjoyed yours. Good point about the trap. Why didn't your plans fit the aga, Lisa? That is something I hadn't considered.

    Pans, not plans, sorry!

The aga shelves are just more shallow and my husband makes pizza every Sunday. I decided he wouldn’t be happy if his pans didn’t fit. On the 36” F&P the oven is huge. Plenty big! But I think the main thing is to make sure you can get service.

Moosemac, master series doesn’t have self clean option. Is that an issue for you? Thank you

Yelena, I'm also wondering about the self clean option. Do you have any info?

I haven't had an issue. I wipe up spills as they occur. If there is on baked on grunge, I put a wide shallow pan of water in the oven, set it on bake at 300 and let the steam loosen the mess and wipe clean.

I have a GE French door wall oven with self clean and I've never used the self clean mode. I use the same technique for both ovens.

@Moosemac, I have a quick question for you, if you don't mind. I just completed a full kitchen renovation and went with the Bertazonni MAS365INMXV. We absolutely love it(never had induction before, it's a game changer). So, my question is, when using the oven, the orange light comes on to tell you that it is in the HEATING MODE? The light goes off when the desired temp is reached. Is there an audible tone to let you know the desired temp has been reached? On pages 34-35 of the manual, it indicates that there should be a tone, yet when speaking with Bertazonni, they said there isn't. Thanks and happy cooking!
