How tall is the island when the countertop is this thick?

I love this look and trying to recreate with reclaimed 100 year old beams we had to replace in our house. Thanks!

Usually standard countertops in a kitchen should be 36" max. that would mean you need to have your base cabinets adjusted at time of ordering so that the height is not more than that.
