very vague, what are you wanting to change, what is the budget. Changing the entrance will effect the rest of the look, and the purple metal roof, and siding bits are really the problem here. I can also see how an all glass entry could be a safety issue. There are so many things I would change including the landscape, curbs etc but the location, the budget etc are important to what will actually increase the appeal, and is it worth it in your area?

Doubt you can change the roof and siding. Landscaping is your best bet. Changing the brick color to work with the siding and roofing would require a masonry product from Romabio. That may be a budget buster.

If you can paint the purple siding to the cream color and if you can paint the white windows the same color as the entrance. I think it would be a big improvement.

I would not paint the brick, but I would add much needed landscaping.

Betcha the original burgundy siding has weathered to "purple". If this is truly a rental building (as opposed to condos) just be thankful everything is watertight...aesthetics are secondary. When the common areas (hallways & laundry room) are well-kept, clean and bright, renters won't be concerned about the exterior colors. Landscaping beds adjacent to parking are fraught with difficulty due to vehicle exhaust and possible road salt runoff on young plants. Seek advice from a local plant nursery as to best evergreen species. I admire your desire to upgrade the appearance but, spending to change the color will not render a ROI.

I would start by painting the beige panelling and trims a cream color …this will leave only brick and purple colors..if purple can be painted i would choose a brownish color from the brick

I’m the owner of the building. We replaced the mansard roofing with this metal roofing and it definitely improved the appearance. There’s some missing siding around the windows and that is going to be replaced. Planning a major rehab project for the fall and trying to figure out what to do with the entrances. I feel like they can use an update but can’t find ideas for what to do.

I think the picture is off. The metal roofing is actually a reddish color, not purple.

Those large windows over the entrances can make the common area overly hot. Thinking some sort of cover or awning would help with a different look and cut down on the sun exposure.
There are actually 10 entrances. Ideally spend around $10,000 per entrance for updates.

The laundry room is definitely getting an update as well. It will be painted and new counter tops so it’s fresh and clean for tenants.

If those big windows are no longer under warranty, which might be voided by the addition of solar film, consider doing that to cut down on the heat in those areas.
