We are in a new house and we knew a part of our vinyl siding was warped but we didn't know why. Now, we can see that at a certain time of day, the neighbors skylight causes a reflection on the side of our house. What can we do to fix this? I am thinking there must be some kind of film to put on the window to stop it? The couple next door are elderly and I rather present them with a solution than a problem!
