More Spring pics from yesterday - oval bed in my lawn

A few years ago we carved an oval planting bed out of our lawn, right by the front path. I tend to let roses (and other plants) do whatever they want to do, so it is sort of wild and overgrown, but I like it that way. The roses in these pics are Peach drift (a rose "tree", and Charles Walker Mignonette (small white bush on left), and Kim's Lauren looming over all. On the side not in this pic are "Margo Coster" and her white sport, and her reddish sport "Dick Coster" (both of which sported from Margo in this bed). The cerinthe comes up gangbusters in the Spring, and then we pull it out when it is mostly done and has fallen into the path - it always re-seeds and comes up again the next year. We got it from Annie's Annuals.
