Yeah? I thought that too but thought the leaf pattern was a bit different. Also no flowering but maybe it's a bit too early for that?

Ageratina altissima blooms in very late summer and fall. It can be a nuisance in a garden. It pops up everywhere from seed. The foliage is very toxic. It looks like typical White Snakeroot, with the pointed oval with wings vein pattern. If you decide to keep it, I'd recommend deadheading it before it can set seed. I've grown the chocolate leaved type, and it's just as agressive as the green one.

Knew the toxic part, good to know the rest. It's grown in an empty pot next to a rose bush, but I've always just pulled them and chucked em in the trash. Was a bit more curious this year to let it grow a bit and finally figure out what it was.
