I like most everything you have done except the backsplash on your dining area cabinets. it's too busy to match the rest of your room. Would have preferred the same subway tile treatment that you have used in your kitchen. Otherwise, it looks great.

Duraseal Warm Gray on the floors. We have red oak wood and it turned out so nice.
Funny... the dining hutch area is my favorite part. I love the glass tile and love that it's different from the white. It doesn't look too busy in real life but I can see how the picture doesn't do it justice.

I had to laugh at the comment about the hutch tile being too busy. The whole kitchen is so sleek and understated. I think a bit of texture and added color from the hutch tile was a perfect choice.
