We need some sense of your preferred style - traditional? transitional? farmhouse? mcm? Since you want to keep it white, try "staining" your grout a color that matches the current tile - you might like it enough that you won't have to retile.

Need to see the adjoining space to get an idea how they flow together.

Come on, H B - you know that we cannot help with just the pic that you're showing. Show the adjoining rooms. What size tile? Does it really have to be that light? How does the current tile relate to the adjoining rooms?

Really that could be any space anywhere we need context.

What is your reason for changing out the tile? It appears to be in excellent condition. Why are you limiting yourself to light colors?

All the above comments are spot on……Why? What style? Photos? Have you looked at a light travertine? But if your hardwood floors are a golden oak, white/light might not be your best option.

That looks almost exactly like the tile that was in my front entry way in my former house. Before putting it on the market (2020), I replaced the tile with more hardwood so the first floor had a more cohesive look. (The room in the background with the white area rug was carpeted, so I replaced that too.) As you can kind of see in the pic, the installer ran an edge/border along the sides of the entry floor so that they didn't have to feather in the new floorboards with the old. Then all the floors were refinished. I was happy with the final look, much happier than with the tile there.

If you're going to replace it with the same color, why bother even changing it?
