I’m not sure it’s visible from a standing position……at least in the pics it looks fine.

The fabricator is the one that will perform any physical solution. Discuss with them about "cracking the stone or messing up the seam".

Which is level/not level--countertop, cabinet, or panel?

As mentioned in your previous post, it appears it has been fixed - meaning that the counter was shimmed to make up for the cabinet that is not level.

The image of the bubble in the level tells me the top of the countertop is not level. Just to make sure, turn the level in the opposite direction (180 degrees) and see if the bubble gives you the same reading.

Your cabinet installer failed to get the cabinets level.

The gap at the BOTTOM of the end panel is not even - not=r at the top. The end panel needs to be rotated anti-clockwise slightly.

Countertop is not level. Don't know why you are focusing on the cosmetic cab end panel first.

Set an 8' straightedge along the long sides and place the level on them please. Set the straightedge (or an 8' level) in an "X" fashion all along the top too. You've got a sink cutout with little or no radii in the corners. If that top is torqued from not being flat, you'r asking for a crack starting at a sink corner. I'd do it before the installer's check cleared.

Maybe if you place a 30 pound weight at the high corner of the countertop and remove all the support underneath that keeps the top from laying flat, it will be level in about 200 to 300 years.
