Being in PA, I would stick with Soft-Lite, Okna, Sunrise.

Great advice above. Some numbers to look for without even mentioning brands:

U value .27 or lower

Condensation Resistance 60+

SHGC .24+ (unless triple pane and in some cases grids)

DP 50+

Air leakage .04 or lower (not to be confused with the .3 maximum for certification)

Im also looking at okna and soft lite. Interesting process thus far.

You cant go wrong with the higher end vinyl window offerings. Those are two excellent window brands Lara.
