Hi, I'm thinking of adding a little more modern touch to the exterior, maybe repainting wall sidings to white or replacing them with flat white cement type materials. I'm also thinking of covering the front lot into pavers or concrete lots for lower maintenance and more parking space enclosed with fences.
Maybe changing the garage door too.
Any tips or ideas on how to achieve a bit more modern look without changing too much structures? Also wondering if you have ideas for front lot landscaping rather than just a plain concrete lot.
