Unhealthy Plum Perfect?

Looking for help diagnosing. This is Plum Perfect, ordered from Heirloom in the fall and planted out in early spring (after overwintering in a cold, protected place). I expected it to be fairly disease resistant based on reviews. No sprays by me or my neighbor. Would you treat with fungicide or would it be smarter to remove/isolate it? Zone 6b, MA. Thank you!

I would wait and watch. Plants take a bit to settle in. I doubt a fungicide would hurt. I think the rose needs more sun and time.

Interesting colors - leaflets are an unusual (for PP) pale lime green, with maroon-brown leaf edge. I wonder what IBM’s Watson would say. Or Baldo.

Is that a pup next to the fencing, and chipmunk holes inside?

@roselp I have a one year old own root PP and some of the older, smaller leaves on my plant look like that. I think it's okay and that they're just old and on their way out. My new growth is big and beautiful and unmarked. I agree with Sheila, sun and time will help. And water when it's dry.

From my experience, I would remove some of those leaves on top and wait (not completely defoliate). Safari ownroot that I got from Heirloom last year arrived healthy, put on many buds, then went downhill. I had to remove leaves and trimmed die back canes a couple of times - I thought it may not make it, but it came back much stronger. I don't treat with anything.
