Black with natural wood trim

Love the house. No from me on contrasting trim for garage doors. With those red windows I'd probably paint the siding a medium shade from the stone, and the trim just a tiny bit darker. Garage doors can match siding or trim.

In the past your house might have had contrasting trim, that is not in fashion now. I like the way it looks now, but it's your house, if it bothers you the way it is, try some contrasting colors to see if you like it better. In order to bridge the two concepts maybe use something lower contrast than what you're showing in the mock-ups? I wouldn't paint the whole thing black, especially if it's been recently painted and doesn't need to be repainted right now. That is a very expensive proposition for something that doesn't have a practical purpose.

I like the way it is now. In fact, I would paint the columns the tan of the siding so that they are less massive especially by the far garage bay.

I would leave it just like it is.

Thanks for all the tips. We played around today with some "closer" colors so it wasn't as contrasting. All the advice is amazing and I appreciate everybody's time and consideration. I think we are getting closer. Here is a "light" and "dark" but not a ton of contrast on either for the trim.

I like the less yellow Tiki Hut, but still want those garage posts without so much contrast.

I pulled a palette that has brick red for your windows, plus taupe.

P Banos, we like that taupe, and assuming the left is the tiki hut? Do you have a color name/code for that middle? Agree with all on the columns.
