Yes, you can replace the light, provided it was installed to code in the first place (i.e. a proper electrical box, no funky wiring, etc.)

An electrician can install a fixture for you.

There are a million choices. Just depends on the style you want and how much you want to pay.

Here are the Installation Instructions for your current light. If the ceiling electrical box is like the one shown on figure 2, it should be easy to replace the old light with a new one. I'd drop the current fixture to check before buying a replacement. (The guy in this youtube video had a surprise when he removed his ceiling light.)
