Need help with what to do with Front Room

These photos are from when we purchased the house, but we are having a hard time deciding what to do with the front room off the entry. I thought maybe a big harvest table (making this the dining room), but would love some suggestions. Thanks!

    We have a similar setup. I’d move the TV in the front room and use it as the media space. I’d use the room with the fireplace as a sitting room for enjoying the fire and reading books, etc.
