I’ve been thinking about LiLu, a lot lately — as a result of spending so much time in my condo. And thinking about how lucky I am to have such a beautiful home in which to “#StayHomeMN.” Sometimes when I’m deep into a triangle pose in my Zoom yoga class I get to marvel at the way the colors and design textures all flow in the den. And sometimes when I’m doing a crossword at the dining table the sun comes through the upper portion of the window and warms me up, making me feel cozy like a cat. And sometimes when I’m taking my virtual singing lesson with my McPhail teacher from the music stand in my bedroom, I face the headboard and let the depth of the materials and patterns refocus me on the sound. So wonderful. And we all need wonderful in our lives these days, right? Thank you so very much to Lisa and the rest of the LiLu design team!

Over the holidays we had friends and family in our home and the reaction was amazing. Everything is so lovely. Thanks to LiLu for their amazing support in designing our home. We love it!

I am so excited by each of the decisions we made, I almost can’t stand it! Many thanks to Lisa and her interior design team, from someplace deep within me.

LiLu Interiors [Lisa and LuAnn] has worked with me starting in 1992 completely designing the interior of my house on Kenwood Parkway. The project included a new master bath, interior paint entire house, furniture, oriental carpets, Red was the new color at that time and the dinning room took 7 days to paint the layers and texture was fabulous. When I sold the house it went very quickly to a lady you bought it for location and because the interior colors wowed her and matched her ideal. The next project was a house on Ivy Lane west of Lake Calhoun. Lisa and LuAnn replaced all windows and doors with H-windows and door systems triple pain 8.4 R Factor the energy audit proved the concept. Also, the kitchen was masterful with under cabinet lighting, puck lighting in the cabinets, hand painted tiles individually placed by Lisa. The appliances and custom cabinets were designed by Lisa. That kitchen was the best, ever. Lisa also designed a custom black walnut round dinning table with a marvelous pedestal. The table round, 60"s diameter with three 18" extensions fit into a custom banquet L shape under 110" H-windows with views of Lake Calhoun. The next project won first place AISD award for kitchen and bath. it was a log-house in the woods on 7 acers in Chanhassen. Cannot say enough about that house. We moved a couple of times and arrived in a bungalow in Highland Park. This was my first design project moving into retirement. I really did not want to buy another house but my wife had a different mind set. Lisa and LuAnn knew that I wanted the house remodeled to my wife's desire, completely knew kitchen, full bath, paint entire interior, new light fixtures, etc., it was all done with marvelous taste and creativity. And the cost was totally within my sensibility [retirement]. My reward on this last house came from my wife. Driving home on one of my last working days Heidi told me "I love this house." Lisa, has worked with several people I know from my professional associations going back to 1990. These folks could hire anyone they wanted and they all picked Lisa. What is her secret? She is a genius, she never tells people what to do she listens and creates. People who work with Lisa are rewarded. This is the first time I have written a review of anyone and I am sure it is too long. All the houses Lisa and LuAnn have designed for me are on their web site - most of them as I have pulled them up to show friends.

Lilu worked with us on a full house remodel when we moved to Minneapolis. Then they designed and managed a full buildout of a new condo (from an empty shell) when we moved to Edina. Lisa and the team did a fantastic job. The designs were beautiful, the executions flawless, and the team was a joy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Lisa helped us turn a shell of a space with no walls into a beautiful, livable home, and made that seemingly daunting task fun and rewarding. We love it!

I’ve worked with Lisa Peck for over twenty years. They have designed and executed Multiple projects for me include a new house transition, complete kitchen remodel, cottage remodel, updating, grandmother’s nursery...whew! Three years later, and I still feel like I'm entering a beautiful sanctuary that "fits" me whenever I step into my living room. The other thing I appreciated was their expertise in marrying beauty with comfort and function, and being creative in how to provide quality within cost constraints. And finally, they also were great at setting my expectations appropriately around cost so that I could make informed decisions and with providing me with alternatives when I needed them. I can't recommend LiLu highly enough.
