Julia child shrub rose or Tupelo honey?

I would like to plant a small rose shrub in my yard in nj zone 6b). I would like a small er rose shrub of yellows{3-5) that is disesase resistent and takes full all day sun with heat. i do like the more coassical pointed petal look on roses, however sonce i do not like the look of sunny knockout roses, think fluribundas are my best bet. from what ive read based on my preferences these 2 seem to be the best choices, nut i cant pick which. i would say only difference is color and scent, however does anybody have experience and could tell me differences(petal shape, heights, upkeeping, bloommabundance, and blooming time)?

thank you
