We are in the middle of a kitchen Reno, the sink and counters were installed about two weeks ago. Before they went to caulk the sink, I noticed that it was sitting slightly off center in the cut out, so they nudged it over and verified it was even with some sort of small hand held level device. Well after caulking, it is still off center.
I am very detail oriented and a little obsessive, so I know this is not likely something that someone else would notice. But I'm not sure if this is something that will bother me less over time? It's such a small thing really, but doesn't seem so hard to get it right. Is it worth calling the installers back out to cut out the silicone, nudge the sink and recaulk? Would you, or just live with it?
Pics below, it actually looks worse in pics than in person. Basically the light catches that left side and bounces off the sink enamel, but doesn't on the right side because it's not exposed. In person I would estimate it's off between 1/8"-1/4".
