Ranch Kitchen Redo - Help!

We are renovating a early 1990s tired ranch and need help with the kitchen. As you can see from the photos, the functioning kitchen is currenly L-shaped with eat in dining at the end of the counter. We are modifying and removing some walls you can't see to make the kitchen bigger and move the dining table to the new space. The wall that currently holds the stove will go away and that will be a penninsula island.

We want to make the exterior wall all coutertops while leaving the sink where it is, adding a range in the area where the kitchen table currently sits, and the refrigerator will be on the kitchen's other wall not visible in these photos.

Here's the question. How do we make the transition from the sink wall counter to the different depth counters along the back wall? I've searched the web for pics of this sitaution and can't find anything. Need help and ideas. And if you think you have a better idea in general, we are all ears! Thank you Houzz community.

It will be easier to offer advice if you post an overhead drawing listing measurements of all walls and windows.

I’ll upload a sketch in a few days. Tenants move out on the 31st. Thank you.

Not a sketch but an actual to scale floor plan showing all windows doorways the wall gone that is being removed and every measurement clearly marked Explain a bit more about why different depths for cabinets too.

Moving the range that far from the sink is not going to improve function (green lines) unless you add a prep sink (yellow lines) and even then, it seems too spread out.

Great input mama. The low and function are certainly concerns, but balancing that against tiny size is our issue. Hopefully my to scale sketch in the coming days will help.
