I ordered awning fabric by mistake once when I was going to make pillows, and it was very difficult to put zippers in it. If I had seen it in person, I would not have bought it. Awning fabric tends to be very stiff, but it might be what you want.

What you are using it for does make a huge difference but the website offered also has Sunbrella fabrics which come in a wide variety of options and are very durable…depending on how much you need there are some very inexpensive option at stores that deal in bolt ends,etc…we have gotten $27 fabrics for as low as $9 in these places…worth checking into…
