What are you trying to accomplish?

Assuming you want the drain pipe turned towards the room, I would cut the vertical piping above and below the sanitary tee, rotate the cut assy 90 degrees, and install repair couplings (in the appropriate sizes) to reconnect the cut piping. Rough-in plumbing doesn't have to hit exact centerlines, etc., the finish connections are sufficiently adjustable to connect things up.

If you have exposed kneespace under the lav where the centerline is important visually (though if your locale doesn't require a separate cleanout then having one would look bad), then use 22.5s to offset the pipe.
