that is pretty dark for plants to row with much of any vigor ... you will probably get down to just having to try a bunch of stuff.. until you find something that works ....

plants flower either spring or summer ....but usually not both ... i dont understand if you are asking for 2 different plants .... or one that covers it all

I wrote spring or summer. I'd prefer summer.

My instinct told me that the area was not sunny enough but I''m not an expert so hoping maybe someone would have an idea. The sweetbox might be the best for the situation. It's 10:20 in the morning here so I'll post another pic of sun conditions. Usually through 1:00 pm is the peak.

You could try a cletamis or honeysuckle. Some of them bloom well in part sun.
