Transplant shock on Weeping Alaskan Cedar

Hi- I live in New Jersey. Zone 6b. Two months ago I transplanted a field-grown weeping Alaskan cedar - about 12 feet tall. Have been watering it regularly. But it’s been showing a progressive yellowing. Photos are attached. Is there still hope for it to survive. Once the needles yellow- do they ever become green again?
