My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

#1. I love porcelain wood look tile!! It is sturdy and water resistant, cleans up easy too. I had matte Italian porcelain wood look tile flooring installed in 2 of my bathrooms and front entryway hall a few years ago.
