Post a to scale drawing of your space with all meaurements marked clearly . I have no idea what the pics are showing so make sure you label them. Where this space is being added too.

You need to show the plumbing if it is already planned too. This is a pretty narrow space so amythin on that long wall will need to be quite shallow to allow decent walkway . Still hard to read the drawing .

I can't tell how this relates to the existing plan, because your existing plan shows this added space next to a garage, and on the proposed plan where there should be a garage door, there appears to be a human door. Unless you are removing one stall from the garage.
