Wednesday's daylily blooms

Not as many blooms as I expected today. Warm in Winter is Sooo close to opening, it is just making me wait. Probably be bummed when it does open. Pictures coming next

So you did not heed my warning about Warm In Winter. It only has 3-4 buds here again on 12 inch scapes. I think it's better grown in the deep South. I like the first five photos equally well, but Discarded Beauty I would have discarded. It just doesn't do anything for me. Coach's Magic Man looks perfect, and Lonesome Heart is such a pretty pink.

should have taken your advice, but I could not help myself. My head said, no, but my heart said yes, yes, YES! LOL.

Several people have said that about Discarded Beauty. I liked it when I 1st got it, but going for the splashing ones now. It will probably make its way out one of these days, but I still rather like it.

Coach's Magic Man is such a pretty color. I had five blooms today and all were near perfect which is unusual since it rained off and on during the night and other darker ones showed it. American Freedom always has such a pretty form and I always have to check it again in my garden to be sure that is what it is-I think it should be red for some reason. Discarded Beauty looks like one that may look much better in person. Sometimes those colors are hard to capture.

Lonesome Heart won my vote today! I dont see the draw for Discarded Beauty…..what am I missing here……dont think i would have added it here. American Beauty is lovely, yep, I would have expected a red or white bloom.

I always enjoy seeing Integrated Logistics. Such a mechanical sounding name yet such a pretty flower.

I can't help but rave over Coach's Magic Man. The last 2 years it has gone from 2 to 7 fans, it has rebloomed both years an all mature fans, and I don't remember it ever having a bad bloom. Now, I may start complaining when it gets a little bigger and I have to divide. Blo

oms pretty well, but does not get close to the 25 it should, but I am OK when it reblooms.

Sherry, Lonesome Heart is probably my best blooming and prettiest pinks, and least of the ruffled ones. I have Mississippi Man and they look very similar, but it does not do as well.

Brad, so far Integrated Logistics has not impressed me. Pretty flower, but occasionally splotchy, and not many buds.
