Hope you guys are enjoying Late Spring toward Summer.

Residing in Great Seattle Area, the weather has been weird, still raining and cloudy in June. haven't seen one like this. Long story Short, I've been looking into my roof and one night I heard dropping of water from the ceiling. So far, I requested two roofers and they gave me estimate price, and one more guy will be here to estimate Next week.

1. He showed up and explained everything, flew drone and took some photos.

Did not go up on the roof, nor attic space. just explained everything from his photo.

The material will be Iko Shingle.

He have not sent me any work scope or proposal yet.

2. Guy from different company came and he went up to roof and took a look. He went into two separate attic space. (One from garage, and another one from master bedroom on 2nd floor)

The material will be Certainteed - Landmark / - Landmark Pro / - Northgate

one of those three. .

He not only provided detailed work scope and inclusion of materials, but also online brochure and warranty information.

I will update more info when third guys comes.

Current roof I believe has been around 20 years.

I have an update from another roofer.

He came over my house, and inspected inside of two different attic space found some mold and rotted plywood (included in scope). went up to roof himself and evaluated. His gave me an quote of Owens Corning brand. I am attaching second, and third guys work scope.
