Well, a low-cost solution would be paint and plants.

First, the door on the right should be replaced by a slab door with no windows. Then paint the non-functioning doors and their trim the same color as the house. Finally, plant smallish matching shrubs all the way across the front, including right in front of both non-functioning doors. You could include 2 different, slightly bigger shrubs, one for each side of your real door.

I would call a bricklayer and fill them in properly. Then you can insulate and the house would be a bit more secure. Noting the new window, likely you are going to need a mason anyway.

For a low cost, temporary (maybe) solution, i would do something similar to this covering the unwanted doors and featuring the functional one. Maybe not lattice, but just for inspiration:

Have you contacted a bricklayer? they might have additional sources for matching bricks. Or, you could use masonry paint or stain on the infill bricks to blend them into the rest of the house. Worst case, you could infill then stain the whole house ... just not styrofoam white, please -- a creamy tan or gray might look nice with your roof.

I would remove the fake doors and fill in with board and baton plywood on the outside. Paint to blend with the brick. Insulate, then sheetrock the inside, (or whatever matches the walls.). Then come back with a new post and pictures and landscape.

How about all french windows?

Board-up the 2 unused doors and paint the same colour as the brick. To give the house some caracter, you can install shutters for the windows and the new front door. Install flower boxes or if you're inclined to gardening, plant a simple perrenial flowerbed along the housel. A new large black sconce and large numbers at the front door would complete the decor.
