I Ordered a Vanguard custom sectional in February 2022 and was told 3-6 months to delivery. I checked as many forums as possible (and spoke to salesperson but they always just seem to tell you what you want to hear) to verify that 6 mos. wait was currently an accurate estimate for a custom sectional from them.

I ordered it from Star Furniture in the Houston area who only started working with Vanguard for custom upholstery orders about a year ago.

4 months into our 6-month wait I asked for a
status update and was told to expect to wait 4 additional months (10 months total) with no explanation of why.

I
1)wondered if anyone has recently experienced extended delay times for Vanguard custom upholstery, and if so, did you experience multiple delays;
2)wanted to post our story here so others will know to possibly expect extending delays on custom upholstery orders from Vanguard.
