My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It is not a lame answer if you read the answer correctly. The person answering is from the kitchen and bath design company, not the interior designer. The kitchen and bath company people do not know the source of the chair or fabric used on the chair, which was installed by the interior designer.
