I know it is very strange. The pink were the only ones planted, so I know the yellow ones came from them. Idk what they are necessarily? There was an earlier discussion about DNA of plant unable to change, soil and environmental differences, so I am unsure of how it happened. It is a lovely surprise this year!

The yellow lily looks like one of the fairly new color patterns that has been achieved through breeding in Asiatics, I strongly doubt that the yellow and pink lilies are related in any way except that they share close proximity in the same garden bed. The yellow and red lily had probably been there all along, but it hasn't bloomed until now. - The yellow lily could have come in with another plant or a scale or two of a different lily bulb got mixed into your garden somehow - again hate to burst your bubble, but I don't think the two lilies you have growing are related. The yellow and red lily does look like 'Asiatic Latvia Promise.'

Your yellow one is very pretty! If you Google yellow Asiatic lilies, several come up that are quite similar to yours....

I know for a fact nothing else was planted there. I have lived here for 20 years. The pink ones were given to me and they are the only things growing there besides the Lily of the Valley and Hostas. My bubble isn't burst because I know the nature of my flower bed, but thanks for your opinion!

Well seeds can produce a semi-random assortment of DNA, so it could be offspring and is very lovely if it is. But no one can absolutely confirm or deny that.
