My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Got some good stuff today.

Bombay Silk x Vintage Wine 2. 14 buds, 6, 36. Had 12 last year for its first season. Was perfect every time. You can't see it in the picture, but it is actually darker with a velvet look.
