Where is the space in relation to the rest of the house ? It looks like you have a lot of built ins . What is the budget . Bathrooms are expensive as renovation s they need much more than just water. How does the sink placement line up to ther plubing in the house especailly another bathroom.

Don't know your budget, but an obvious approach is to build a wall down from the left side of the bay. The bedroom has the bay window, and the bath/closet is to the left. There are numerous ways to configure the bath and closet, but one solution is to walk through a "hall" between two closets to get to the bath on the far left of the space. I would not keep the sink but reconfigure the bath from scratch. And I would probably put the bed on the wall adjacent to the door and facing the bay window.

Here’s a VERY rough drawing of a concept to build a freestanding closet facing the bath area, with the other side as a tall headboard for the bed. I actually like the idea of the sink remaining in front of the window, particularly if there‘s a nice view to look at while brushing your teeth. I’d place the door to the bath opposite that window for the natural light coming into the dressing area.
