If you’re thinking outdoor party lights 2/3 options come to mind…strung horizontally around the perimeter frame at the top of the “walls” of the screened patio, vertically along the thicker angled “ribs” starting at the roof, or a combination of both.

A piece of advice we can give: if you don't want to shorten the space, then you need the lamps to cast light upwards. Something like this
