They don't have to match, but they should coordinate. The sconce you posted looks fairly small...what are the dimensions? And, you'll need to post a pic of the fireplace wall if you want advice on whether or not it "goes".

If that sconce has a white glass or ceramic shade it might look too bathroomy. Hard to make suggestions without knowing what the rest of the decor is and whether these lights are mainly decorative or if they need to serve a fuction

Measurements of? it has an industrial, pipe look. What style is the house, the fireplace, etc.?

Make sure you want all four, before you buy. Not a big deal to die off two at the circuit box and............remove/ drywall over whatever you do not want. Beyond that, style is what works with house, and YOUR style. The glass globe shape feels bathroom . To me.
