I have a Samsung mini split air conditioner (model: AR12TSFYBWKNCV) and it sounds like a mouse wheel/sloshing water sound. When the fan speed on the outside unit ramps up the noise goes away and I only hear the fan pushing air through the unit. It seems to be cooling fine. Could it be because of the refrigerant flowing through the unit?
