So I'm hoping to get some answers regarding how often strata's clean the solarium/windows. We're possibly going to be moving into condo with a solarium (we have always been in a house, never with a strata before) Seems many of the new condos have them, they are beautiful as well as functional. Although I was wondering today as I was cleaning my windows, (which look terrible if they are dirty, especially when the sun hits them) how often would the strata clean these. It rains a lot here so our windows get pretty dirty. I would hate to be looking through dirty windows, wishing I never bought a condo with a solarium.
