I very much doubt the roots are ’a tangled mess’. These gift baskets are planted up shortly before sale and the roots don’t have time to intermingle much. If you remove the moss and tip the plants out I’m pretty sure they’ll be easy to pull apart. Pot them up separately and do not worry about breaking a few roots or leaves. Roots are routinely trimmed when moving plants into new container. Some of the plants you have there will be trickier to care for than others but separating them is not going to be a problem.

Good point. I forgot the possibility that they might not even be planted in the same medium but still be in individual pots.

Even a single container with multiple plants can be safely separated. These combined, dish garden plantings of different houseplants or cacti and succulents are a common presentation and typically are relatively recent in their preparation. Not something that has been sitting around for months. Many times, they are made to order so very recent! They also tend to be somewhat overplanted for appearance sake and need to be separated for long term care.

Once you have them removed from their current container, all the soil usually falls away, simply because they have not been planted long enough for the roots to spread out or intermingle or anchor into the potting mix.

Give each its own pot of appropriate size with adequate drainage holes and repot individually with a good houseplant potting soil. @hc mcdole has provided some good ID suggestions but once each is on its own, we can get more specific.

Because this pot probably doesn't have a drain hole, I would at least move them to a pot that does have a hole. These plants are going to outgrow that size pot very quickly. If they are going to be in relatively the same spot in your house, there's no reason for them to not share a pot. If you take this outside, the heat is no problem, it gets over 100 here, but make sure it stays in the shade or the leaves will burn. These plants are not used to having the sun shine right on them.

I have many pots of Dracaenas with other plants at the bottom.

Lorena S. Hdez : Those plants can't live in those spots where you placed them. They need direct sunlight. Being in a bright or sunny room is not enough.
