#1 and 3 are astilbe. #2 looks like goats beard, Aruncus.

I think the white flowered one is also astilbe

Aruncus grows much larger than astilbe, tends to produce multiple inflorescence from each stem (astilbe only has one per stem) and is less inclined to be very erect, often cascading sideways or the flowers drooping down.

That's why I think #2 is aruncus.

I’d go with Astilbe for2. given that it’s shorter than the Peony and the leaves are right.
