I use a drying rack and towel tree and hang the wet stuff outside.

We also hang wet suits and towels outside, they dry quicker outside. They may change inside but I do request they hang them outside

at some point you're going to have to enforce the "hang your suits outside to dry" order!

will you have a door that goes to the pool from the bathroom?

why can't you have a drying rack for suits near the pool? do people not want to transfer them outside after showering?

or, make some sort of drying rack on the outside wall

best idea would be a little outdoor shower or wash off spot, a place to change out of suits and hang them.

or even just a place to change out of the suit would suffice.

I have one of these octipus things on a sheppard pole outside my outdoor showe plus tons of hooks in the changing stall.

In my master bath and upstairs kids‘ bath I use cleat pulls for towels and suits.

In my guest bath I hung a tension shower curtain rod inside the shower to drape suits or towels out of site

I was just planning on where to put towel drying hooks outside, right now the towels get draped over chairs, we have a pool bath with hooks. We tend to throw wet suits in the washer right after swimming to save the lycra., (you need to rinse the chlorine off). I then hang the wet suit in the laundry room. The towels can definitely dry outside , which is probably way faster, and be reused. Its all about habits that you form, thats ours, it keeps the bathroom from being a dumping ground of wetness.
