We have a small bungalow on a small lot 25' x 100'. Existing interior dimensions are 17' x 36' Currently the stairs run from the left to the right side of the house in the middle of the first floor. The plan is to move the stairs to the side, add 6' to the back of 1st floor and add 10' to the 2nd floor. We would like to get 1 large bedroom with walk in closet, 3 smaller bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double vanity and possibly a small laundry room. Existing kitchen will not be touched. The small addition on the first floor will include a small den and enlarged half bath and small utility room. The first set of plans are attached. First floor is ok. Second floor is where I need some feedback. WIC is small (4'x5'), only need 1 full bath w double vanity. 3 small bedrooms are ok as they will fit a queen (it will be tight). Seems to be lots of wasted space with the hallways. Apologize for the plans, the dog got to them . Thoughts on improving the flow? Thanks.
