help with roof decision

I need help.

I have been agonizing for months whether or not I should put on a Cedar roof or an Timberline HDZ agricultural asphalt roof. I love the look of cedar. This is a 1910 cottage (3000 square-foot with addition in back ) I’m doing a full remodel on but the difference between the two roofs is $75,000 . What do you all think ? I really would like to go with the cedar however I feel that I need to be saving money somewhere especially since I’m already over budget. I could afford it but would love to use these funds for finishing the landscaping for example. All thoughts and comments greatly appreciated.
